• A Master Plan which includes the central square of the community is being prepared. It will also include the gentrification of an old residence, the creation of a museum, a kiosk, an events hall, a playground, fountains, benches, a trail for walking and running, a cycling path, trees and bushes, conversion of a road into a pedestrian and service road, new sanitation spaces, a new canteen and park lighting.
• Improvement works at the cemetery, and in particular, fencing of the area, creation of corridors, construction of a kiosk, widening of the road which leads to the cemetery.
• Change of the 6 kilometre long central water supply pipe from the new drilling until the water tank of the community.
